Spotlight on North Korea

I think North Korea should be able to have a space program and develop nuclear weapons if they wish. If they are allowed to do this they would have better self-defence, and protection for their country. I think the reason countries would be apposed to this is because they are scared they will use the weapons to harm other countries and become a threat. In my opinion, I think as long as they do not use these weapons to harm other countries there is nothing wrong with the idea. A lot of countries are aloud to have these weapons, and I don't see why there is any reason they can't have them too.
